Suggestions for improving our customer service

Dear Customer,

Your satisfaction is important to us! You can send us your suggestions for improving our customer service via this email address.

For example, you could mention the following:

- No response for more than 4 working days (Mon. – Fri.)
- a decision you don't understand and for which you would like a better answer in the future
- a request we normally fulfill, but not this time
- etc.

If your email falls under any of these points, you've come to the right place. We will read your message and learn from it so we can improve our service for you. However, you will not receive a reply from us at this email address. If your complaint is justified due to a negligent error on the part of our customer service team, we will discuss the matter with our staff, who will then contact you to clarify the situation.

The following messages will remain unread and unanswered at this email address:

- normal complaints, cancellations, etc.
- that you have not received a response within 4 working days
- a complaint before you have contacted our customer service ( info@fuchsundkiwi.de )
- an unfounded complaint (without explanation, i.e., something we cannot understand)
- Insults and vulgar language (everyone deserves to be treated with respect!).

If you find that your email falls into one of these categories, don't worry! It happens.
