Who can order from Fuchs and Kiwi?

Only adults with a residential address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland can place orders with us.

How can I order from Fuchs and Kiwi?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. Then you can decide whether to continue shopping or complete your order. You can change your product selection at any time before submitting your order by deleting products or canceling the order process. Click on the shopping cart and then on checkout to complete your order.

2. Cash register

To place your order, please log in with your access data. If you do not yet have a customer account with us, you can order as a guest or register as a new customer. Your data will, of course, only be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations ( Privacy Policy ). It will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

3. Check billing address / Select payment method

4. Check shipping address / Select shipping method

5. Complete order process / Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

You will now see an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, the payment method, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and carefully read the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy . You can only proceed with your order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy (by checking the box). By clicking the 'Buy Now' button, you submit your order to us and thereby make a legally binding offer.
